General Questions
How does pricing work?
All items for sale in the store are the same price on each given day. The prices drop daily starting with Tuesday of each week.
The pricing is as follows: $6 Tuesday, $4 Wednesday, $2 Thursday, $1 Friday, $0.25 Saturday.
How can I find out if a particular item in stock?
Since our stock changes everyday, the only way to know if a particular item is in stock is to visit the store.
My item was defective. Can I get a refund?
There are no refunds. No items are guaranteed.
Are you closes on holidays?
Yes, all of our Falling Prices stores are closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day. See specific locations on the website.
Memberships
What are the benefits of Basic Memberships?
Basic Membership allows you to check in and obtain a general line pass up to
four hours before store opening
. General line passes are
numbers 101 and higher.
What are the benefits of Platinum Memberships?
Platinum membership allows you to check in and obtain a general line pass up to
sixteen hours before store opening.
Offers the ability to purchase a Platinum line pass: Platinum line passes are numbers 1-100. You can purchase Platinum line passes up to
7 days
in advance.
I cancelled my membership but still got charged. Can I get a refund?
Yes, as long as membership was cancelled before the renewal date.
We will need the email address that was used for this account. Please email customerservice@fallingprices.com for your refund.
How do I switch my monthly membership to annual?
To switch from monthly to annual, open your Falling Prices app and select cancel on your current membership.
At the end of that billing period, start your preferred membership.
If I cancel my membership, can I get a refund?
Memberships are non-refundable but can be canceled anytime.
Do Platinum Members have extra time to shop?
There is
no additional time given
to premium pass holders, the Platinum pass ensures you will be among the first in the store.
However, there will be times when members will receive the offer to have exclusive time in the store.
Do I have to pay for Platinum line passes after paying for a Platinum Membership?
Yes.
The benefits included with the Platinum Membership do NOT include Platinum line passes, but only Platinum Members can purchase them.
Line Passes
How do I get a line pass?
All line passes are obtained through
the Falling Prices mobile app.
Either a Basic Membership or Platinum Membership is required.
Can I change the location on my line pass?
No.
In order to get a different location, you would need to cancel the existing line pass and purchase another pass at a different location.
Cancelations are non-refundable
Is photo verification needed for a line pass?
Yes.
Before you are able to select a line pass, you will be prompted to take a profile photo of the account holder.
Can I bring my children with me using my line pass?
Adults can bring up to two kids under 12 years old for free. 13 years and older need their own membership and line pass.
Can my friend/spouse/partner enter early with me using my line pass?
No.
Each person 13 years and older need their own membership and line pass.
Why is my line pass number different from when I purchased it?
As stated in the app, line pass numbers displayed before purchase are provisional and could change
if someone else completes their purchase before you.
I cancelled my line pass, can I get a refund?
There are no refunds for cancellation.
App Troubleshooting
I purchased a line pass, but can't find it in the app under "My Line Passes"
Our support team will investigate this for you. Please email us at customerservice@fallingprices.com and include the following information:
Email address on the account, date of purchase, type of membership, type of line pass (Platinum or General), location for pass, and pass date.
Why can't I upload my photo onto the app?
Make sure to allow access to the Falling Prices app in your phone settings under "accessibility"
