Do I have to pay for premium line passes after paying for a Platinum Membership?

Yes. The benefits included with the Platinum Membership do NOT include premium line passes, but only platinum members can purchase them. In addition to being able to purchase premium passes, checking in from home and being able to get a general line pass twelve hours earlier than users of the basic app, Platinum Members will be receiving exclusive shopping experiences and other exciting opportunities that will not be made available to the general public.  The first such experience will be coming very soon at our new Rancho Cordova Falling Prices location.  The week prior to the grand opening, we will be offering our Platinum Members the opportunity to participate in what we are calling our, "Sneak Peek Week," where only Platinum Members will be allowed to shop the store for the entire week.  Other exciting events such as Platinum Member appreciation days will be coming in the near future where specific stores are opened on Monday's only to Platinum Members.  Valuable coupons will also be made available to Platinum Members. We are working hard to make sure that our Platinum Members never regret their membership decision.

Do Platinum Members have extra time to shop?

Can I use a screenshots of a line pass to get priority entry?

Screen shots of line passes are not accepted as valid line passes for priority entrance to the store. Sadly, as is often the case, it is the actions of a few that have resulted in this policy. We have had a number of people attempt to gain entry into the store by using fraudulent line passes created by photo shopping screenshots of out date or high numbered line passes. To ensure that none of our employees are every put into the horrible position of trying to determine if a screen shot of a line pass is genuine or not, and to ensure everyone is treated equally, we have established this policy.

When can I check in to get a line pass?

Users of the basic free app can check in to a store to obtain a line pass no sooner than four hours before store opening on the day they wish to shop.  To get your line pass, you must also be near (in the parking lot of) the store you are checking in for. Platinum Members can check in to a store to obtain a general line pass no sooner than sixteen hours before store opening for the store they wish to visit.  They can check in to get this line pass from anywhere.  Platinum Members can also purchase premium passes, those numbered between 1 and 100, up to seven days in advance.

Can I bring my children with me without getting a line pass for them?

Two children under the age of 12 are allowed to accompany any pass holder. We recommend those bringing children to arrive at the store twenty minutes before opening to get wristbands for you and your accompanying child. Children must stay with you while shopping, they cannot leave you and shop on their own.
